Our Property Management division offers a full range of services to better meet the needs of our clients. Owner Mark Dean prides himself on his personal work ethic, built on over twenty years in the rental property market. When dealing with Dean & Company Real Estate, property owners and tenants will deal directly with Mark and his staff to ensure the best service possible.

Dean & Company gives property owners the option of being truly hands-free. We will assist investors in finding and screening possible tenants for a wide variety of housing.

The Property Leasing division of Dean & Company offers owners and investors a service to find and cooperate with tenants. This includes the use of internet advertising and basic yard signage. We mold our marketing strategies to best fit the locations of the available property, utilizing local media to reach possible tenants on a personal level.


To ensure the best possible candidate for the property, Dean & Company will screen likely tenants. This includes a basic credit check, employment and income verification, and a rental history and/or mortgage history assessment.

Once a suitable tenant has been found, our skilled Property Management division will take over, executing any rent collection requested by the owner. We also support property owners and tenants with a full-scale maintenance crew, available for routine maintenance as well as emergency repairs.

Emergency Maintenance- If you have an emergency maintenance issue outside of business hours, please call the office phone number and listen to the voicemail. There is always a cell phone number of someone on call on the voicemail to handle the issue.
